Glen M. Appleby, Founder and Managing Partner.

Glen has been in tax accounting since 1987 and established Appleby Tax Service in 1999 and Appleby & Associates, Inc. in 2010. He specializes in personal tax preparation, with an emphasis on leveraging tax strategies to help promote the successful business and personal tax planning goals of his clients. Glen is an Enrolled Agent with the Internal Revenue Service and he holds a Business Degree from Pierce College. Glen also holds licenses in both Insurance and Real Estate in the State of California.

George P. Mendoza, E.A. – Enrolled Agent, Co-Partner

George has over 28 years in providing tax and financial advice. He has helped hundreds of clients navigate through the intricate decision for retirement and offers specialized tax advice for pre-retirees as well as business owners. He is an Enrolled Agent with the Internal Revenue Service and has earned him the privilege to represent taxpayers before the IRS. The enrolled agent status is the highest credential the IRS awards. This is an elite status provides unlimited practice rights and can represent taxpayers unrestricted in the tax matters they handle and which IRS office they can represent clients before.

Jason T. Griffin, E.A. – Enrolled Agent, Co-Partner

Jason T. Griffin is a graduate of Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with a major in Business Administration and concentration in finance. He has been providing tax preparation and consulting since 2002. He is an Enrolled Agent and is admitted to practice before the IRS.  He resides in the San Fernando Valley with his wife and two children. He enjoys Golf, hiking, and building treehouses.
